Mrs. Marin’s Learning To Teach Resource Blog

Becoming an ESL, Bilingual/Bicultural teacher one day at a time. This site is for future teachers and teachers of English Language Learners/ CLD. You will find resources in English and in Spanish that can serve as a guide in your journey.

Questions to ask your self when you are feeling low.

As non-traditional college student, you often have to balance work, school and family. You can easy feel stress and low self-esteem because you have classes wth a younger generation who are dealing with situations different that you. I have found that you need daily rituals to push you to wake up everyday feeling energized and blessed for the things you have. Some days you will loose perspective and motivation.

I am always looking for ideas to better my life, and I kept this article from mindbodygreen.com as reminder to be grateful and mindful. The Article is titled “10 Questions To Ask Yourself Every Day” by Nicola Jane Hobbs (October 15, 2013)

How do you keep yourself motivated? Would love to hear other ideas and tips. Please leave a comment below.
